EDIT: Readjusted the ambience's lighting to a more gloomy one and added some minor lacking details the background had.

Well, it's been a while, hasn't it?
I'm back... and with nothing less than a fully painted digital piece. This time around I chose to do Pinkie Pie (or Pinkamena, whichever you prefer). The sketch has been lying on my sketch book for quite a while, but I couldn't find the time to paint it up until now. Of course, when school is finally over. It sure has been a while since I started wanting to do a sad Pinkie Pie picture, now it's done.
Anyways, enough ramblings and now onto the picture. With this one, I tried starting painting with only grayscale and then adding colour. It was interesting, I think I did fairly well... I'm thinking of continuing with this technique, it's certainly a good one and I'm interested in knowing it better. Oh! And this was sort of inspired by the song "The Birthday Party" by Steven Wilson, go check it out if you're interested.
*Sigh* It sure is nice to be doing these again...
